What is the cancellation policy?

Full refund if cancelled at least 48 hours before the booked date and time. Cancellations within 48 hours are not refunded. If we cancel due to unsafe sea conditions, you receive a full refund or can reschedule at no extra cost.

What happens if the weather is bad on the day of my trip?

Safety is the priority. If sea conditions are unsuitable, the skipper will contact you to reschedule or issue a full refund. We monitor forecasts daily and aim to give you as much notice as possible. Decisions are made based on real maritime conditions, not just general forecasts.

Can I customise an experience for a special occasion?

Yes. We can adapt menus, add decorations for birthdays or anniversaries, and adjust some features to suit your group. Contact us before booking to discuss your needs and we will tell you what is possible.

The Boat

What is a llaut?

A llaut is the traditional wooden fishing boat of the Balearic Islands. It sits low on the water, moves slowly and with intention, and creates a direct connection with the sea that modern fibreglass charter boats cannot replicate. Elysium is a fully restored llaut with 100% electric propulsion.

Is the boat really 100% electric?

Yes, fully electric. No diesel engine, no fumes, no vibration, no noise. You hear the sea, the wind and nothing else. It also means zero emissions per trip important when sailing through the Natura 2000 protected marine area of Alcudia Bay.

How many people can the boat carry?

All experiences accommodate up to 7 guests. The base price covers 6 guests; a 7th can be added for €90. Infants under 1 year do not count toward the maximum. We never mix groups every trip is exclusively yours.

Is the boat stable? Will I get seasick?

The electric llaut is wide-hulled and sits low, which makes it noticeably more stable than most small charter boats. We sail in protected bays and calm coastal waters, avoiding open sea conditions. People prone to seasickness typically find this type of vessel much more comfortable.
