Flavors of Mallorca is the most complete experience in the Elysium fleet. Six hours aboard a traditional Mallorcan llaut with 100% electric propulsion, departing from Port d'Alcudia and heading north along a coastline of protected coves, clear water and deserted beaches accessible only by sea.
The highlight is a traditional Mallorcan paella prepared by a local restaurant, delivered and served at anchor in a quiet cove. Local ingredients: rice, saffron, fresh seafood and seasonal vegetables. Before and after the meal, guests can snorkel over Posidonia seabeds, use the sea scooter, or explore the surface on the paddle surf board.
Mallorcan appetizers, wine and soft drinks are served throughout the day. All snorkeling and water activity equipment is provided. The experience is fully private: your group only, never shared with other guests.
Skipper Fabrizio is PPER certified and speaks Spanish, Italian and English. Departure from Port d'Alcudia marina.

Six hours exploring the northern Mallorcan coast: Alcanada Island and Coll Baix, both reachable only by sea.
Port d'Alcudia to Alcanada & Coll Baix
Departing from Port d'Alcudia marina, the route heads north to Alcanada Island, then follows the protected coastline to Coll Baix at the foot of the Cap des Pinar cliffs. Both stops are inside Natura 2000 protected waters, accessible only by sea.
Alcanada Island
First anchor at Alcanada Island. Crystal-clear Posidonia seabeds, sea bream and octopus. Snorkeling equipment and sea scooter deployed here before the boat continues along the cliffs to Coll Baix.
Coll Baix: Paella at Anchor
Anchored at Coll Baix, a wild pebble beach only reachable by sea. A traditional Mallorcan paella prepared by a local restaurant is served on deck with wine and appetizers. Rice, saffron, fresh seafood, local ingredients. No crowds.

Yes. A gluten-free version of the paella is available on request, as well as adaptations for vegetarian guests or those with seafood allergies. Please mention any dietary requirements at booking so the restaurant can prepare accordingly.

The base price covers up to 6 guests. A 7th guest can be added for €90. The boat is always exclusively yours: no other groups share the experience.
What is the cancellation policy?
Full refund if cancelled at least 48 hours before the booked date and time. If we cancel due to adverse sea conditions, a full refund is issued or the booking is rescheduled at no cost.
